Training and up-skilling women in Pakistan

This innovative program is a collaboration between Code for Pakistan and the KP Government’s Information Technology Board. Designed after extensive research on low female representation in tech, it operates entirely remotely, making it accessible to all. Now in its third cohort, the program empowers interns with valuable digital skills while addressing real-world civic issues through hands-on experience with government institutions. By addressing gender disparity in tech it's shaping a more inclusive digital future for Pakistan.
